A-shaped line of a dress or coat, created by Christian Dior in 1955. The narrow shoulders and hips are accentuated by a dropped waistline and flared skirt.  In 1988/99 a less extreme form of the A-line reappeared in haute couture, notably at Chanel.

  • In addition a fixed waistband with a side closure zip fastening, hook/eye above.
  • Colours are ice blue, steel blue, silver, black.
  • Not only made of 82% polyester, but also 18% metallic.
  • Also machine wash.
  • More than that good condition.
  • Furthermore made in Great Britain for brand DUKE London fashion.
  • NB Vintage sizes generally are smaller than present clothes, this skirt has a 28 inch waist which is an equivalent size.
